PRIVATE LIMITED (“Service”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing
or using our website/mobile application for FASTag recharge, you (“User”, “Customer”) agree to the following
Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
- By using this service, you confirm that the details provided (vehicle number, FASTag ID, etc.) are
accurate and belong to you.
2. Services Provided
- We provide an online platform to recharge your FASTag account linked with authorized banks/NHAI.
- The recharge amount is transferred to your FASTag issuer through secure payment channels.
- We act only as a facilitator of recharge services, not as an issuer of FASTag.
3. User Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate and valid details for recharge.
- You are responsible for ensuring sufficient balance in your payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, net
banking, wallet, etc.).
- Any incorrect details (wrong vehicle/FASTag ID) entered during recharge will not be our responsibility.
4. Payments and Charges
- All recharges are subject to successful payment confirmation from our authorized payment gateway.
- We may charge a small convenience fee for processing the recharge.
- Amount once recharged cannot be cancelled or refunded, except in cases of failure where the money is
deducted but the recharge is not credited.
5. Refunds & Failed Transactions
- If a recharge fails but payment is deducted, the amount will be refunded within 5–7 working days to your
original payment method.
- We are not liable for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or FASTag issuers.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
- We are not responsible for:
- Network failures, server downtime, or technical glitches
- Delays in recharge confirmation from banks or NHAI
- Incorrect details provided by the user
- Our liability in any case will not exceed the recharge amount paid.
7. Data Privacy
Your personal information is collected and processed as per our Privacy
Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Prohibited Uses
- Use fraudulent payment methods
- Misuse the platform for illegal purposes
- Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the service
9. Third-Party Services
- Recharges are processed through banks, NHAI, and payment gateways.
- We do not control their systems and are not responsible for any technical failures or delays on their
end.
10. Intellectual Property
- All content, logos, designs, and materials on our platform are owned by Logiclead.
- Users cannot copy, modify, or use them without prior written permission.
11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we suspect fraudulent activity, misuse, or
violation of these Terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates will mean you accept
the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to
the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State].
